The health and wellness male grooming schools programme facilitates advice and practical tips for personal care, including Diet, hair care, skin care, nail care, brows and shaving. The programme was designed by Dr Anne Marie McIlwraith, D.S.Ch, Dip.Soc, HDICHP, Dip.Ref, Dip.Barbering, Fellow of the British and International Hairdressing Council, Master Barber Tutor, MHR, MIAPR, D.PM, D.Human Nutrition.
We recognise that the overall wellbeing of youths can be enhanced when they look better and feel better, it boosts their self-esteem.

TY Life Skills Workshop
Our Transition Year students recently took part in a Life Skills Workshop with tutor Anne-Marie, focusing on practical ways to look after both physical and mental wellbeing.
The session covered a range of essential everyday skills — from personal hygiene, skincare, and shaving, to tips on hair care and healthy lifestyle habits.
It was a great opportunity for the lads to gain confidence and knowledge that will serve them well beyond the classroom. A big thank you to Anne-Marie @youthessentiallifeskills for an informative and engaging workshop!
